Ahc Appliance

2 years ago we bought 5 appliances from AHC. Best price anywhere and great customer service from sales to delivery. Unfortunately, we got a Samsung refrigerator with a bad ice maker. So, after working that problem through with Samsung, Samsung agreed to refund all of our money and so of course, we called AHC to buy our replacement refrigerator. Again, excellent customer service from sales to delivery. A special thanks to Randy who helped us deal with Samsung to obtain our refund. I will always buy from AHC when I need an appliance. And in case you are worried about buying online, we live in St Petersburg, FL and they are in New York. It all went really smoothly. Thanks guys!

We ordered beer refrigerators from here. Freight was to be free. We were called shortly after ordering to see if we wanted to pay extra to have the delivery expedited. At no time were we told that this was a special order or that the product would be delayed. Our credit card was charged on 2/6 and it is now 3/9 and no product still. We finally found out the product was shipped on 3/4--almost a month after the order was placed and credit card was charged. While the price of this product was less than some other vendors I would NEVER order again from here!
