Ordered 2 rugs for my sitting room and bedroom. The colours are out of this world and the customer service has been brilliant. They have kept me updated from the point of placing order until both rugs were delivered.

Ordered 2 rugs. One got lost in transit & I had to insist on a refund (they wanted to wait until it turned up). Returned the other rug as it wasn't suitable and 2 weeks later they have not made any contact with me about issuing a refund, despite me contacting them several times. I am still chasing for my money back.
