Premier Interiors

First of all I would like to say the Kitchen is lovely and the installer Wayne was amazing. My problem is with the office. You Purchase a Kitchen from a company like this not to save money but to have a hassle free install, as I could have done it myself through trade accounts myself. I thought getting through Premier Interiors I wouldn’t have to bother ordering / organising or having endless phone calls as that would be their service. 1.On the meeting we said the payment would be completed once all done. I was called before completion, and was made to feel bad about not paying in full and felt bullied into paying the final £1000. Once I paid this I was then informed that 10 doors are missing, 1 or 2 understandable but 10 and this would have been known before I got bullied into the paying and I was informed 5 minutes after. This upset me because it made me feel the idiot. 2.I asked several times during the sales this includes everything except the electrics to which Andrew said yes several times and wrote on the paperwork. After install I queried why the ducting wasn’t put in for the Extract fan as I basically have an ornamental cupboard otherwise just moving steam to my ceiling, I got told to call Andrew. After calling the office all week countless of times all I got was he will give you a call over and over. After a week I got a call saying this is what you do in all kitchens which I find terrible the point of an extract fan is to remove steam from the room. Please find below link where it says all new builds have to have it put in. For Andrew to say to open a window just makes me think do they actually sell kitchens??? http://www.besthoods.co.uk/2011/10/6-important-points-to-consider-before-ducting-out-your-cooker-hood/ 3.If I had known that I had to put in my own ducting in I would have done before the kitchen went in as I had to drill a hole and get dust everywhere. I was told that they may pay for the ducting kit which would have been nice as a token gesture even though a refund would have been nicer seen as I had to do. Once completed sent email to ask about some kind of payment to which I got no response. So giving them a chance I called the office a week later to check they had received and yes they had received and I was to be contacted well its a month now since email so don't think they are bothered as they have the payment. Also having to finish bits off like silicon round my hob and covering underneath island so not bare wood little things but would have expected to be done and tired of calling and wasting my time. This review is the last I will bother which I may get some attention finally for. So if you would like a new kitchen but to be bullied into payment and ignored after payment this is the company to go to. Next time I would rather sort out myself not worth the extra I spent.

wonderful kitchen. Fitters arrived at the time expected . They were very pleasant and consulted my partner and me regarding the fitting. Was everything as expected etc. two very pleasant fitters who worked very hard./ no numerous breaks. no early finishes. Just a joy to have in my home. The kitchen design works very well and from Andrew the designer to employees of the showroom and office were always willing to listen and help and I would recommend to anyone
