Comments (6)Just a quick question..................what's in the store room and is it big enough for the office? If it's in storage in a little flat...............do you need the stuff in the store more than office space? There's just a little too much in the lounge. The chest in the window is nice, but would be better with a grey and white colour scheme if it were dark wood. You don't need the side table as you've got a coffee table and it's stopping the sofa from being placed in the middle of the wall. Does the little side table fit in the bay? If not, then maybe that should go. The magazine rack maybe could go at the wall end of the sofa if you bring the sofa away from the wall and then it's hidden. The little blue chair is too much and isn't helping the 'lining the walls' placement of everything. The book cases although functional are out of place in style, so yes they could get painted to tie in with the sofa and a wall colour maybe. If they're the same colour as the wall they'd stand out less. The one at the T.V end of the table needs moving to the other side of the table and pinning to the wall as it's leaning and dangerous. They're not the most substantial of pieces at the best of times, but a corner would support it better. Maybe you could change the two book cases for one, and have it as a screen for the office? The footstool is non-functional so needs to go. You can bring the t.v unit back out from the corner also and to match the placement of the sofa opposite and paint that too. It really needs to be dark to match the table in the bay and the other furniture like the chest in the bay and the sideboard in the hallway. I like the idea of the painted table and the grey sofa. The Texas sofa bed is wrong for the style of the other furniture you're going with. I actually like the sofa that's in there more than the other two you've chosen. Something more like this would work with the grey and white and dark brown wood. That one granted is expensive, but lots can be found for cheaper than that, especially scout around on Ebay and the local Facebook pages, you never know what you're gonna find, and it's always fun getting a bargain! All of that will go great with your choice of chandelier....See MoreJennifer Le Roux
