I would recommend Kardeen flooring. I think a pale grey would maybe look better. I have just had a black floor put into the bathroom & it does show every little bit of fluff etc. Looks great if you do the upkeep.

My kitchen was slightly larger but needed the light units. We went with a white gloss, a wood effect dark grey laminate worktop and teamed it with walnut effect laminate flooring. The flooring really warmed the look up In my experience ... I wish I'd have had full glass splashbacks as the amount of sauce that gets splattered on the painted wall would have been easier to wipe off glass! Worth the money in my opinion. I went for white/clear as didn't want to commit to a strong colour. If we had stayed (not sold it) I would have painted around the units a colour which could have easily been changed. You could also consider a clear glass splash back (above the oven) that can be screwed on. That way you can paint or paper behind it and change it when you fancy. Usually they glue them on so you are stuck with it (no pun intended) Definitely look around for a better quality gloss unit as they can chip (sister has high street ones and they always chip!)

I agree with Forzaitalia and I think you might be able to find a local company who can come in and spray paint the doors and fascia panels, etc., to a colour that suits you. It will make a huge difference and the cost may well be affordable for you as opposed to replacement.

First of all thats a good idea to knock off the wall between K&D. And u can make L shape kitchen with island with hightable. make open space between living room and dinning area where u can also put kind of partition(2’-6”). Another option is u can block the door between and shift kitchen on the main wall kichen island with dinning table between the area of kitchen and dinnin and u can still make big space to enter in the kitchen around 6’ between Kitchen dinning and living room.
