What exterior colour for green tiled roof?

Our house needs exterior re-painting. It is currently white with a green tiled roof. The tiles are a light green that was popular in Australia a few decades ago. I would like to paint it something other than white, but am not sure what colours would complement the green roof. We can't afford to change the roof colour.

A very handsome house! - It's not so much the roof you have to worry about matching colours to, it's the red brick, as not soo many go with that. It's a big area to be painted, so you have to be sure it's going to look right. I'd probably err on the side of not painting it anything other than white and changing the window colour instead. Google colour bonding - it colours UPVC windows pretty much any colour and is a fraction of the cost of replacing windows. The front of our house is 'tyrolene'd' but the rest is red brick. We went for a sage colour. I'd be inclined to stick with the white, or render the whole house and paint one colour with possibly a slight shade change for the darker at the bottom. How about a deep aubergine, or even darker like the new Paean Black which has purpley undertones? I also think terracotta or coral or chocolate brown would work, especially if you have warm/wood accents. Or any kind of pink.
