En-suite layout advice needed!
Comments (3)Thanks for taking the time to look at this. I'm happy with the overall layout. I'm just wondering whether we could go longer on the shower tray so it almost spans from wall to wall? the space between the walls is 2070mm which we wouldn't get a standard tray to fit. Think the largest is 1700/1800. This would leave us with some spare space to either just tile the floor or make a false wall with and perhaps put a recessed shelf or space within....See MoreAdvice for lower-ground renovation (en-suite + walk-in wardrobe)

Comments (18)I agree that it is unusual now to find a new house without one but I think if you have space to put an extra shower room elsewhere so that you still have more than one then it should be okay. Ideally somewhere not far from the master bedroom. Also like the suggestion for you to put in all of the pipe work etc so that it can easily be added later. If you dont get round to it upon resale then atleast there is less work for a buyer....See MoreHelp Needed with En-Suite
Comments (5)Can you sketch the whole room with the dimensions? Getting rid of the shower wall should be relatively easy, unless it's supporting something up above it. ( however, it does not appear to be thick enough for that and probably isn't ). You can cut down the vanity length and then possibly move the shower for better access. Depends where the door and window are, how wide the room is etc....See MoreDebajwa
