The sectional is from Scandinavian Design and is upholstered in a Bergamo linen.

Tracey, those are encaustics which tend to be 18-20mm in depth, your wood will most likely be engineered ply if you have underfloor heating and depths vary 12mm upward. If one or the other substrate needs to be built up to accommodate the other that is possible. Be aware there will be some movement between the two, more so if you are using long boards, less with parquet, so consider how best to deal with any movement or expansion between the two. There are plenty of products available for this. Make sure your encaustics are sealed correctly. You could also find the cleaning regimen of the two finishes may be very different. Lithoflin for encaustics - and oil/wax for an oiled floor, that's not a great combination, so perhaps an easy maintenance wood might be better in the long run.

Seems they were sold by American company Pottery Barn. Carolina is correct here with recommending a Victorian Floor Tile or Quarry tile. They do come in 100x100mm approx and are in a matt finish. It could be any two cool greys from several sources but it may not matter. If you look at for example Farrow and Ball's colours it could be Ammonite and Purbeck Stone which could look very different in different settings or it could be Dimpse and Lamproom grey. In a sense, the most important thing is light because no matter what a colour looks like on a chart or an image, the light in a room can alter it dramatically. If you want cool greys then get one test pot of a pale cool as a starting point and go from there.
