Comments (3)I think slim line sliding doors look more modern and you'll get more view of your garden. We were going to have bifolds but have now decided on sliding doors. Our opening is 4m and planning to have 3 doors. As your opening is quite large, you could have 3 door and once they are opened, you will still get a good size opening. Comments (1)At home we have one of each. Sliding from the dining room into the garden room and then bifold in the garden room. I like both but it’s nice having the bifold that can be stacked providing an uninterrupted view. We’ve left our bifolds open all through this hot weather. Always helps as builders are only at the foundation stage at the moment! 28m3 of concrete pumped on the site last week as our house built on higher ground so extension has to match ground level and we're adding a first level extension too. Comments (3)Is it too late to put in patio doors that slide back I to the wall (so they are hidden when open). It will create a large opening when you want it, but I think it will be significantly cheaper than bifolds and fewer uprights to see....See MoreHelen Jones
