Comments (3)You should used a preformed tray under your tiles which has a slope built in towards the drain. This will help the water to flow back towards the drain. Water is always going to splash outside the opening and you can put down a bath mat to step out onto which will catch the excess. Ultimately it depends how much the water annoys you.
