Need help for bathroom

I would like to know two things. If I have a stud wall covering sink pipes and drains and toilet cistern and pipes, how can it be done e.g. tiled so that if there is a problem with any of the plumbing including the cistern, I can gain access without ruining the whole bathroom. Put another way how can I conceal all plumbing and cistern whilst leaving access for repairs.

How can I incorporate a built in seat in the shower made as part of a wall ( tiled) so that I can have a shower tray and the cubicle unaffected by it. You have several in your magazine but I can't see how to do it. A fixed on fold up seat is just a cleaning nightmare to me.

If the plumbing is properly done there should be no need to get to the plumbing work behind the tiles. Regarding the cistern the concealed cistern we have is accessible through where you push the flush. The front of this can be removed to reveal access to the cistern.

Re the making a seat in the shower these can be made using a tile backer board and then tiles onto, if I think this is what you're trying to do. If you search jackoboard or wedi board these show making seats in showers.

I'd go for an industrial look however more of a glam industrial look with some colour and lots of texture, plants etc. A velvet Chesterfield in whatever colour you like could look fantastic. It's hard to find room pics that aren't grey though! If you upload pics of the apartment people can have more specific shopping ideas. I would however start building an ideabook on here and add notes as to what specific things you like
