Would it be worth extending an end of terrace house?
We are tired of looking for a suitable house to buy and are thinking of staying in our house and updating it. (We had found a house and our offer was accepted, but the vendor changed his mind and now doesn't want to sell)
We have been told by a realtor that more improvements to a our house, such an extension, would not increase the price. Comments please.
