What grout colour for glass & metal mosaic?

I am having difficulties finding a suitable grout colour for my new glass & metal mosaic in ground floor WC.

Any advice is much appreciated!

Hello Vaidas,

You should use black or a dark grey. Charcoal would look well just like jonathandb1972 suggested. Very nice choice by the way.

I would go for a sympathetically colored grouting as well; if you do it white, it will glare out at you, get dirty and look even more at odds over time. Something brownish which blends in to the other colors - you don't want it to stand out in any way - grouting needs to disappear and the tiles take prominence.

There are several things to consider when installing antique mirrored tiles. Because they are so shiny and reflective they will show the dirt more than a normal gloss ceramic tile. Also it’s important to check with your supplier that they are suitable for installation near heat or water. We're having a bathroom refurb and have a copper bath on order, raw copper on the outside and brushed nickel on the inside. We've got honed cararra marble mosaics for the walls, and I've seen brushed gold wall mounted taps and shower which look gorgeous with the marble. I think brushed gold taps and shower should look ok with the bath given they all have warm undertones right? There will be a heated towel rail, wall mounted at the end of the bath which I can get in with brushed nickel (same as bath interior), or brushed gold. I'm thinking nickel at the gold is probably just too much.. Should I try to get a brushed gold toilet flushplate to match the taps, or brushed nickel? I also bought a couple of polished nickel wall lights for over the basin long before I'd considered taps, bath etc.. but I'm now stressing they won't look right as everything else in nickel is brushed. So many metals.. copper, brushed nickel, brushed gold.. I think the polished nickel lights are just pushing me over the edge!! I also need to consider hinge colour for a glass shower screen.. It's an expensive project so need to get it right. Any taps I like in nickel are way too expensive or not of a suitable quality. I added a few mood board pics..

I am not an expert by any means, but personally I would go for a white towel heater, as you have white tiles it would blend with background and then you can add towels for a pop of colour. Can also be changed easily and inexpensively when needed. The flushplate, I would say it depends on where in the room it's placed snd what the background is. As for the wall lights, personally I would try to sell on and look for something in brushed gold.
