POLL: Do you keep your hallway lights on at night?

Watching the sun go down and the surge of lights come in across homes as people gently flick their switches on to keep the dark at bay is always a sight to behold. And whilst it's easy to get carried away by this pretty picture (clearly) having your lights on in your hallways and other rooms all through the night is a costly and wasteful process.
For some it's a security measure, for others it's comforting, and for many their lights are turned off! But do you keep your lights on at night or switch them off? Vote and tell us why below!

It's great to add small changes in your home, even if it is changing the flowers in the room to daffodils for the spring time or putting a pop of colour with cushions for the sofa, a small change can make the difference in any room. Comments (15)Remember that if the plant seems to be drooping it doesn't always mean it's thirsty. it may be over watered. In which case just lift it out of its saucer and leave it to dry out. I had a problem there where my husband was also watering the plants without my realising it. More importantly though if your plants keep dying they likely aren't getting enough light....See Morealant1000
