Help me choose some dining room chairs please!

I have bought a Matthew Hilton for Case Cross dining room table. I now need to find some chairs which aren't too expensive... All the chairs I really like are £150 plus - my budget is under £100, much less if possible.

I am thinking of getting some Eames style DSW chairs which are £50 but I'm not sure I can bring myself too as I'm a sucker for the real thing and they are everywhere now... I don't want anything with fabric (children) but want something reasonably comfy.

My kitchen has a wooden work surface and simple, cream cupboard doors. The house is '50s so a mid century style would work well.

Can anyone come up with any suggestions? Thanks!

Try made.com They have a wonderful selection, several of them would go with your table really really well. They come in pairs for £100-£150, so you're getting two for the price of one !

Just had a solid oak floor put into a kitchen/diner/family room. The look is wonderful. I got help from other Houzzers on cleaning and Maintainance which works well so far. It creates an expensive look and is nicer under bare feet for a family space. Maybe a bit more Maintainance is required over all, but I always think that anything nice is worth the effort. Clean with a Swiffer or Vaccum cleaner. Mop up spills and find out from the manufacturer which products to use and when. Whatever your choice, ENJOY!

I like options 1 and 2. If I'm honest, option 3 just wouldn't seem to do the rest of the space justice to my mind but that's just personal taste. Have you also thought of mixing a different style/period table with eames chairs or even mixing different eames chairs? The images i've found aren't quite what I had in mind but gives you an idea.

I think the DSW chairs would look great but I agree they seem to be everywhere now so it's hard to justify the price tag for something which isn't very unique (and essentially just plastic). You mentioned mid century. Have you considered auctions/gumtree. You can pick up a set of original mid century chairs very cheaply if you hunt for them. I'm on the look out too for dining chairs and have also found most chairs I like cost £150+.
