There's a lot of terracotta/rusty colours around now which would warm up grey and navy and kind of act in place of wood furniture in your case. If you are sticking with the white furniture you could change the knobs for a warm metal, and add a warm metal picture frame and mirror. Perhaps you could find some natural basket or wood trays to sit on top of the bedside cabinets. You could also buy or make a fabric headboard cover to take out that big slab of white headboard. Example here. Our 1950 terrace has 2.3m ceilings on the first floor, so when we took out the smelly old hardboard, we decided to sacrifice half of the attic to gain about 70cms height and paint the joists offwhite. I was just hanging our curtains when taking this photo, which are actually the same color as the ceiling, but sunlight makes them look yellow. So my suggestion is to add some interest to the ceiling (or a canopy bed?), as 4m is quite a lot when lying in bed. Oh, what also helps is a (slightly) darker ceiling.
