Help required for layout with small bathroom
Comments (6)Hi. You may not be able to move the soil pipe to move the loo. Is the missing corner the boxing in of the pipes? This is the duo tub by omnitub which measures 1050 x 1050 which is obviously set in the same width bathroom as yours. It may be worth exploring to see if it's an option. If not large tiles so the space doesn't look busy with grout lines and a huge mirror will help. A vanity unit on legs will also help to give a feeling of space if you manage to find one in that size. Good luck!...See MoreBathroom layout
Comments (2)Hi Joi! I have prepared a quick drawing using your dimensions just to give you an idea that depending of some factors you can play with the layout still. Can the door be made sliding? Can its position be moved? There are products that I can recommend that would fit in the layouts i have suggested, like compact WC that will maximise the space and Geberit cisterns so you dont need to have an awful cistern exposed or having to build a wall just to hide it. You could also go for a freestanding bath 1500mm length that will fit in this space. Taking you already will have a shower you could have just a nice bath making it also the feature of the space. All the rest would be just a matter of dressing the room with nice ambient lighting. If you would be interested we are happy to provide more detailed drawings based on a survey and supply all the products including tiles. We also have bathroom fitters if you do not have a team yet. Any questions just drop me a line....See MoreL-shape eat-in kitchen or large bathroom?
Comments (9)Thank you all. That’s my thinking too. We have a formal dining area in our living/dining room which is the argument my partner was making but if I had kids I think I would want to keep their food mess separate from the guest area. This is the proposed plan from a kitchen designer, but I think I would put the cooker opposite the sink (to an angle) to create our working triangle....See MoreTiny Bathroom Layout Dilemma
Comments (9)An alternative to the long tray idea (which would be great and incidentally our old shower tray was only 760 depth and it felt plenty big enough because it was long. I would have it set into the alcoves and walk in at the door side though. ) is to put your wash basin where your olds shower was because the sliding door opening on the shower curve shouldn’t touch it or expose it. So that would give you all the floor space between the WC and the left side....See More88wj88
