Hi Michelle

Yes its called Bianco Eclipse, a quartz from Brazil which is widely available in the UK from Marble suppliers.

Choose your slab carefully (not from a photo) as there is very wide variation in veining in the stone. You'll also need all your pieces from the same slab. If you buy a whole slab you can use the smaller pieces to make side tables etc.

You will need to specify that the slab allows you to get a 2.9 meter length out of it if you want to do one like this (with no cuts in it). This is 20mm thick, waterfall, edge cut at 45 degrees.

Hello again.. After some comments, I'm thinking I should ask what colour would suit? Haven't got long to get samples and choose.. Classic cream from dulux was chosen but it was in fact Cornish cream they put on.. Will a classic cream cover the yellow as been advised an off white may be too light?

Smokers! We had the same problem which we could smell in our hall and landing. The neighbours had their computer set up below the stairs and it would drift up through the stairs. A brick wall and carpeting did not stop it coming through, I don’t have any remedies for you but one neighbour passed away and his wife gave up smoking soon after. I feel your pain, it’s horrible!
