Comments (13)You could ask a timber merchants to cut sheet material to the size of the door - perhaps birch ply which could be stained, varnished or painted. Alternatively, a company with the ability to cut and edge band a finished panel (e.g. Egger) - Cutlist are one company. This option gives you many options.
