can this mirror be hung horizontally?

I'm not clear what hanging hardware there is on this, or if I will be able to install my own - can you help?

I think the room and the furniture look fab. For me it needs more colour behind the bed to add impact to the furniture. I would also put the mirror somewhere other than above the dresser. In my opinion you can be a bit too matchy so I would prefer to see it above perhaps a chair in a corner or near the door for a final check before you leave. Furthermore I think that one of the nice things about the dresser is it's wide proportions and I think whatever you put above needs to be as wide.

Thanks everyone for your recommendations/advice. I definitely want a mirror facing the kitchen so you can see the kitchen from both sides as you enter the space. I'm not having a dining table facing the kitchen as I have a dining area just before you enter the new kitchen extension. I was planning having some sort of seating area though and will have bar stools at the breakfast bar. I just can't seem to find what I want and have been struggling finding a suitable mirror to face the kitchen. This Next silver pewter mirror I've bought is 1.2m by 0.8m and I was planning to hang it landscape but you have all recommended hanging it above the fireplace ;-). I wonder if you have any ideas of what sort of mirror (colour, style etc) would therefore look better on the wall facing the kitchen. Thanks again all - much appreciated.

Hello! I'm Gabriela, a designer from Akiva Projects. First of all, it's a really great idea to use the lighting above the mirrors - that way you can create an indirect lighting in your bathrooms! In this example, although they didn't use a fitted mirror (which you have) they chose a really modern kind of lighting - rail lighting. It's on trend and gives the room sort of an "industrial chic" look. I particularly love the example above! It creates an indirect lighting which makes all the difference in the room. This is a classic dressing-room style lighting. And that's my favourite one. If you can, consider using two pendants. It looks just amazing! I really think that those pieces of advice could add value to your project and to your lifestyle.
