why not a built in bench? just wondering since we are redoing our bath and wanted to know pros and cons of built in. thank you.

I don't recall why we didn't go with a built in bench in this case... perhaps the layout didn't allow for it... If you have room for a built in bench in your shower and feel it is something you would use while showering, then there is no cons to having a built in bench. Go for it.
