Are the walls also painted in RAL 9010?

Hi there, sorry for not responding sooner. The white on the wall that is visible is actually a Corian splashback in Glacier White.

We are currently putting in a new kitchen - howdens burford grey. I have some off white/cream metro tiles and was thinking o of whimborne white paint for walls. I have a sample of the raspberry elephant stripe material for a Roman blind and thin curtains for the patio windows in the dining area. I'm not sure the tiles highlight the grey - it seems to make it look duller. I have a sample of raspberry glass tile, as a possibility to get a whole piece of glass as a hob splashback to bring in an accent colour. Any thoughts would be great!

Hello Kathy, White is really nice if layered to include woodwork etc. You can if you wish use variations on shade so find a white you like and then get a shade up and a shade darker so that the woodwork can be included. It's so much nicer than simply going from Super matt on walls to an eggshell for woodwork in the same colour. Depending on where you are may give you certain brands but I tend to recommend Little Greene as they are water based for walls and nice and chalky! This is I think a gr8 finish when using lighter colours.. :))

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I LOVE the pink door! Everyone still seems to white gloss the doors, skirting and frames or leave as untreated wood. I think the pink door gives the bathroom a real focal point and softens all the black and white lines. I like the idea of using a wallpaper to add more detail and make it really unique and personal to you - but I also think using some striped/patterned towels with black, white, grey and other hues of pink would be a great way to add character, expand the colour palette but tie everything together. A blind will instantly bring the room together and as others have suggested the power of plants will alter the whole look. If real plants aren't your thing there's some great artificial plants out in some of the main home stores that would compliment your bathroom really well and add some more 'fun' to the space.
