what backsplash?
Comments (1)I can't imagine tiles, the kitchen looks sleek, I'd be more inclined to do a glass splash back. Not sure on the colour though!...See Morewhat backsplash?

Grey is also a good call, as it will coordinate with your kitchen units but allow room to add coloured accessories. It can depend on the light quality in your room- we always recommend grabbing some tester opts in a range of shades. Paint your walls or A4 sheets, and see what the colours look like as the light changes throughout the day....See MoreGood kitchen plan?
Comments (108)Thanks so much! I took a look at the page but couldn’t quite figure it out..so the cupboards on the wall are standard wall cupboards (I guess 60cm deep?). The banquet is then built out below that? So there is 60cm of hollow space behind the seat under the wall cupboards? Sorry if I’m asking a silly question! We’ve been looking at building a stud wall to hide some stuff but this could work much better, just feel that the hollow space could possibly be put to use to store something!...See MoreHello! Comments (7)I LOVE the sound of your kitchen! The Ikea Bodarp in the grey-green is such a glorious colour, and the contrast with the teracotta is just.... *chefs kiss*. You've done amazing work so far pulling everything together. I personally love those two contrasting colours together, with some further muted, more neutral tones in there to really make it pop and compliment the colours you've already chosen. Have you thought about doing a mood board? They're good fun and worth having a play at. Pull in the colours you've used so far and then have a dabble with the additional colours you're thinking of. Personally, I love that what you've done so far and think it has a huge amount of personality!...See Moreeam44
