Where can I purchase these spice jars and how tall are the jars? Can they fit in a standard drawer?

The spice bottles are from the dollar store! The labels came from Etsy https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/219234910/spice-labels-set-of-45-clean-simple

As for the drawer height hard to say as everyone has different standards however these bottles are quite short so I would imagine they would fit almost all drawer interiors.

I wouldn't say they're meant for spices. I have an 800 drawer pack under my hob. The top drawer has a collection of utensils in it, namely knives, forks, teaspoons, long latte coffee spoons, pastry cutters, carving knife/bread knife/carving fork altogether in one section, tin opener, wooden spoons, scissors, ladle to name but a few. If you want somewhere to store spices a 150mm base unit with a chrome inset would have been perfect for this.

Hmmm, pesky walls! Bearing all that in mind you're probably quite close to what would work best for you. I would suggest though that the tall units stay on the left - if they're on the right you're cutting out a lot of light from your primary natural light source. Also, try not to have your dishwasher tucked right into a corner as that just makes it difficult to work around - sometimes you can crash into handles when opening and closing.. I've tweaked your plan a little which I hope gets you a bit closer to your final solution: good luck!

Oops, didn't mean to vote for the Caruso sideboard! lol. Thought it was a vote of yay/nay to each one, doh! not keen on pink unless it's a shell or blush pink. I do like a bit of raspberry in places though here and there! Probably the drinks trolley is the least offensive...

Ooh lots of decisions. Firstly, lets work out what space you need to leave for moving around, this will then guide you on the space available to play with. You've done a great job and are so nearly there. What would unlock your design is remembering that you could continue the kitchen units along from the sink, just not have them as working units. It could be nice to continue the units right along the wall but change the feel of them to create a sort of dresser/ display/ additional storage. The dishwasher needs to go near to the crockery cupboard which is in turn, near to the dining table for easy laying up. Having it on the end (LH side of the sink) looks good because you can really easily reach it after a meal. Perhaps the crockery drawers are on the island facing the dining table? The bin is also handy to have by the sink and dishwasher and creates symmetry either side of the sink. With the extra storage on the sink wall, you can now play with the remaining space, the hob is a little cramped but with the dresser, you've got space to move the storage around to give it a bit of breathing space. If offer an impartial ear to bounce ideas off, I'd love to chat though your design with you for half an hour, an hour, whatever you need to help you to get all your ideas in order. You're so nearly there and I think you just need that final guidance to make you confident in the decisions you've made.
