we do not split item either you buy 2 chairs or 4 chairs

I don't understand. There aren't two separate prices for 1 table and 2 chairs and 1 table and 4

Thanks minnie101. Yes I do like the renovation ☺️. Now I'm working on the decorations.. I do plan to add an AJ floor lamp. It would be great to pull out the sofa a little bit.. May be only a few inches is allowed ,..and place the floor lamp between the window n the sofa near the wall.. If it's too packed, the lamp can be on the left hand side right at the place where the door opens to.. I also plan to hang some pictures on the white wall above the sofa.. May be 2 or 3 pics like that in the sample pics 2, 3 & 4. But I'm very slow on this... hesitating on the styles of the pictures i should choose... May be some geometric black white grey pics with a hint of pink.. And some pics with quotes.. I hope to keep the place look simple and minimal.. A friend of mine said I don't need to add any pic if I want a minimalist design. As for the wall of the living room, there's an irregular clock. I tried to put more numbers scattered over the space but it felt too much and made the place look less spacious,... So finally I took some away and now only no. 1,4,8,9 left. What do u think? I will also add some greenery on the shelves and tables like small pots and plants, cactus, etc. Appreciate any comments & advice.

Thank you Najeebah for great ideas. I have already tried some of these but your's still provide some variation. Particularly the last one I've not tried at all. What is the norm about dining table? How will we enter to dining table in first three configurations? Is it not too tight. In the last configuration is leg room okay between sofas and center table. What do you think of my current setting? It is similar to the second last one. But just the mirror image. You can see in the pictures posted. Three seater is on north wall. Two is on east wall having more space at south east corner and dining table almost at the center of the lounge. In this way I am thinking that everyone is sitting comfortably. BTW if you observe I have a red color rug also measuring 7' by 5'. If I would give you empty space how would like to design it?

I'm glad they're comfy! It's a shame the tolix is cold, I've got them in my basement which is cold anyway hence why I probably don't notice! You may find cheaper but I know Nordic House do fur seat pads. No I wouldn't reconsider a corner sofa. I was just trying to look for cheaper options for you which a normal sofa would have been. I've had a proper look for corner sofas now but all the emerald ones I've found are in velvet :( I would definitely get the sofa stainguarded in case of any mishaps with your daughter! I tried looking to see if sofa.com had a Black Friday deal on last year with potentially a bigger discount but they don't appear to have done

I agree with Benchmark. Friends were recently in this situation and had someone at the outset explained the £3k installation costs, £4k- £6k Silestone and £6k appliances they would have realised that the remaining £7k of budget would have bought lower quality cabinets than they wanted. Instead they were presented with a total cost that was more than expecting, left feeling the kitchen was expensive but only later (after a lot of wasted time) realised they had spent their budget with the fancy worktops and appliances.
