Choose full spectrum lighting bulbs. Tall halogen lamps in at least two corners would bring warmth and enough light to get the bloom out. Crystal chandeliers will also bring rainbow of light and bring chic to the room. Avoid using dark colors on your walls or ceiling but I see you got cream and white which is good. I covered my radiators with made to measure radiator covers in white. It allowed me to use the top to display decorating items. Your brass pots could go on display. Get inspiration from Moroccan designed rooms perhaps for your colors. Your furniture seems to be quite dark and your floor also so a large whisper carpet in cream or a bright color like bright pink would perk up the room. Shimmery curtains that aren't heavy in light grey or copper might also go well. See below what a different look and feel you get from a different carpet color. Good luck.

You could do them the same colour as the walls, or if you want them paler Dulux Almond White, Cotton White or Timeless are all nice off whites.

Hi, A very good morning. We really love all the potential colour combinations in the curtains you can pull out to use within your accessories, they are beautiful. Some guidance for you for South Facing rooms: South Facing rooms receive full, bright light all day long, lucky you because all colours go well in these types of spaces! Best colour combinations on walls are: Bright white, Pale blues and greens, Greys with blue undertones. Cool shades such as blue, green and violet balance the intensity of sunlight. You would find lots of interior designers use pastel shades within South facing spaces for this reason. Shades that contain hints of blue, green and violet will ensure the room doesn’t feel too ‘hot’ without adding strong colour.
