Lawn - Best advice / Tips to control weeds and keep green

Hi everybody,

I am looking for some valuable advice please from all lawn/garden lovers.

My lawn is 15 weeks old & it was lush green when it was laid, until a few weeks i have noticed weeds trying to take control of the lawn.

Just wanted to know how do you deal with weeds and how you keep your lawn green and healthy looking throughout the year.

Any advice would be much appreciated . Thank you all.
