Which green or grey/green for kitchen cabinets?
Comments (14)ok so I'm still al little confused but almost decided (mainly cos i can't take this strange indecision anymore!) So 3 tall integrated of/larger fridge & pull out larder units on back wall (in photo) and l shape base units only in Slipper Satin. Worktop in snowy ibiza as it has a taupe tinge to it so works well with Slipper Satin but lighten the room too and wimborne white (or possibly Valspar Fluffy Robe) for the walls and open shelves. I still want my champagne bronze tap and am hoping it will go but it's the only thing I'm not certain on now and the only thing i'm dead set on having! Off to look at Kahrs flooring samples today....See MoreWait - Should I calm down with colour? Manor House Gray v Vardo (Teal)
Comments (11)I think 'man about the house' is giving good advice. I adore teal but in this instance a paler grey with teal accents in accessories may suit the space better. I painted a similar wall in a lovely rich purple and it was too much, too dominant for my space :/ . It is a gorgeous colour though it really looks amazing against the lamp and couch.... Oh maybe be brave and go for it!!...See MoreStair carpet to liven up grey hall?

Comments (9)Hi, That's quite a bright red. I think the wallpaper is the 'wildest' thing in your room. I would change that. Maybe you can even paint over it? I'm thinking a grey, taupe or brown. The fireplace is lovely, it's a shame you can't really see it with the busy wallpaper around it. https://www.crownpaints.co.uk/advice/how-to-paint-over-wallpaper I would then probably use a couple of cushions and a throw in reds and taupe/brown/grey shades to bring it all together. A large rug will hide a lot of the carpet if you feel that it is still too bright. And I would bring in a coffee table or large footstool that can double up as coffee table....See MoreSonia
