Matching wood for for orange teak?

I have a dining suite in Swedish orange teak and would love to ditch the carpets and have wood floors, but can’t visualise what will work. Any ideas?

So, I like the way it is painted on the pictures, I would even go for lighter grey. The brighter your space is the better for your wellbeing. Afterwards you can add some mood getting colourful accessories, carpets, plants ect. I would also go for bright stairway carpet and wooden pegs rather then iron one. It is beautiful house, make sure you get big plants for it.

This may help. I also like Minnie's suggestion, but what is odd is that the grey/beige RAL colour looks so different on the close up image. Avoid anything with a violet hue as this will clash horribly. Also make sure that whatever you do is either considerably lighter or darker unless the colour is the same, colurs can look discordant if they are too similar tonally. https://www.e-paint.co.uk/Colour_alternatives.asp

Your kitchen is so similar to mine and the same age! I have a painted pine table from The Cotswold Co and a pine sideboard as well as an oak worktop. My chairs are oak and a gift, so a right mish mash! None of mine matches as such, but I Like an eclectic look. If you want to get away from more wood, then I think something painted would look nice, say in a soft grey or beige. If you feel up to it you could paint the table you have? Are you wanting a traditional look or something more contemporary? Here’s mine, plus some ideas

Jessa61 the table is lovely. The problem wth it is that you will not be able to use the ends as the crossbar will not allow comfortable seating there. I would try and find a table with 4 legs at the corners and no cross members or bracing. The table structural support would then come from the long members under the top which would need to be deeper. Colourhappy's table is the right profile for what you describe. How many people are you looking to seat? I would have something custom made as suggested by the farmhouse table company.

Here’s a couple of pics to inspire. One with a pine floor and another with a grey-wood floor. I think it looks best with the pine varnished floor. I noticed a lot of people put a rug under the table to break up the wood.
