This is a botanical green. I have colour matched this green to Norfolk Green by Dulux. I recommend trying a sample colour pot in your room first. The light and reflections of other colours affect the paint colour. All the best with your project. Kind regards, Natalie of Bella Life Style.

Let me check. My husband's friend's firm did the decorating and I need to speak to him today anyway. We have 2 tiny chips on the edge of a cabinet but that's by the back door and my son isn't particarly careful (not that I know it was him but very likely!). I also wash them properly with flash every few weeks and they're fine (I obviously wash spills more frequently!)

If deep grey really appeals to you then go for it! The beauty of paint is that you can always change your mind, it may be a bit time consuming but it's relatively inexpensive (compared to picking the wrong sofa or kitchen cabinets :0) I have a Pinterest board called 'The dark side' with hundreds of images of interiors that I find incredibly attractive (think Abigail Ahern) but some people would probably think were blacker than the inside of a camel and avoid like the plague :D I currently live in a small Georgian terrace with low ceilings and little natural light so most of them aren't an option (unless you really don't mind bumping into things) but I have painted two walls in my bedroom (which is much larger/higher for some reason) in a deep steel grey and I love it, I only wish I hadn't lost courage and painted the other two in a pale white/grey. I have specified it on numerous projects Minnie101 with great, long lasting results (although make sure you apply it right, don't skimp or skip corners with this stuff, it will show..) Long lasting and very "traditional' feel with low VOC. Hand painting works best - if you are painting yourself look up how the old-school dudes paint as this is what looks best and totally high-end. Hmmm difficult one. I’ve read that kitchen manufacturers prefer Little Greene’s eggshell. Now I’ve used the water based eggshell on some furniture and it’s fine, but I’m not convinced it’s tough enough for a kitchen, so maybe they use the oil based one? I’ve painted my front door in Farrow & Ball exterior water based eggshell and it has fared really well. I personally cannot use oil based paints as they give me a very bad headache so water-based only for me.
