Can anyone identify this style of chair?

Is this type of chair potentially sought after? I have bought a property with a number of these chairs inside. Thanks in advance for any help

I don’t recognise this specific model, but they seem to be in the style of Raymond Halas. https://www.tyzenhauzhomedecor.com/juliusz-kedziorek. See the curved back posts and tapered legs. Once restored (reupholstered and cleaned), you might get a bit of money for them on online auction websites - maybe 80-100 per chair, especially if you have a full set. In their current state, probably 30-40 per chair.

All of the above is guess work. I hope someone comes along with more specific information.

Contact Drew Pritchard from Salvage Hunters! He will soon tell you if they are worth anything or not. He has a shop in London and a floor at Liberty’s as well as a website selling goods to people with more money than sense 😊

Hello, I would get a carpet in lighter colour and smaller than the one you have now. Overall the layout looks a bit funny, as the sofa is large as well so I could rather see a smaller square carpet. How your living area should be decorated that depends on you, which are your favourite styles and colour? Do you like contemporary, eclectic style perhaps? You could go for yellow, red, cream, white, grey. I would suggest you to mix an match colours a bit, that always gives a good look to any room. We have lovely sash and case windows but the neighbours are VERY close. I don't want to change the glass but does anyone know a good stick on 'frosting' that can be used? I just want to do a central square on lower windows to add some privacy. Or other suggestions? I have tried a sheet from B&Q, looked less like frosting more just a bit of greaseproof paper stuck on the window!

Difficult to know exactly, though there are many similar doors on the market. You could try asking a door replacement company (they will likely have samples to bring and show you - or try East Coast Furnishings (ECF) who specialise in supplying replacement doors to trade and have dozens of styles.

Hi Hu-437254418 ... I’m sure you can do without adding more to the mix! But for what is worth, see what you think of these, predominantly from Paint & Paper Library (assuming you can get this brand in Ireland) ... The first picture is a selection of blues, with examples below. Notice how the colour can appear different from image to image (see Blue Blood in particular. I’ve used Paint & Paper Library on woodwork and as a paint, love it. I hear great things about Mylands too (& Colourtrend). Also has potential as a lighter blue is Farrow & Ball Parma Grey, has good depth to it despite some of the images on website looking quite pale.
