Your flooring and worktops are neutral, so pretty much anything will go. I think a sage green grey would look great like Farrow & Ball French Gray or more of the green with Lichen. If you want something more neutral, Farrow and Ball Hardwick White, stony Ground, Elephants Breath all great Colours or Little Greene Rolling Fog (which comes in different shades from pale to dark if you wanted to have different shades within the room). You could even go dark grey, blue, pretty much anything. What sort of feel do you want to create and which direction does the room face, how much light does the room get - these have a massive bearing on colour.

I wouldn't make the base units any lighter than they are as they work tonally. I am possibly alone in thinking it actually looks balanced as it is, but if you are going to change it I would match the base units to the window colour. The pic shows a very similar palette to yours, but maybe replace the dark brown to a charcoal colour. White and pink is very feminine. It needs the slabs of dark to balance it.

Cashmere popular. Mine being fitted this week. I have chosen real wood worktop and upstand. Plain Glass splashback behind hob and oxide emerald green floor tiles. Just for something different. Walks mmm not sure……something muted. Small kitchen but bright! Ideas… don’t hate me re floor 😳
