Fixing/Hiding A Bad Join Of A Window Board

Had a window board fitted onto an awkward 2 skinned bay window. The board was secured with plaserbaord adhesive. One of the pieces has risen a little and doesn't join flush. Any advice on the best way to improve it without ripping it off?
