Comments (14)Hi there, potentially a great project. You have a superb blank canvas from which to create a landscape. Freshscaped will be able to assist you,I am sure. Meanwhile,if you seek inspiration.....have a look on my website under Portfolio sections; Landscaping and Poolhouses. A recently completed job in Kent where we added woodland,a stream, wild meadow, an eco office, and a superb Marston & Langinger orangery type building. I would be more than happy to put forward some ideas that Freshscaped could develop, or indeed assist with any Interior Renovations you may be doing also. I am based in Surrey, and work in London & the home counties. Best of luck, and do drop me a line if I can be of any inspiration to you. www.bellawhiteleyinteriors.co.uk...See MoreHelp me re-design my tiny garden!
Comments (13)I thought that shed looked ideal plus you can do all sorts of things with them, add a window, add a log store to the side, and paint in any colour. Cheaper alternative for paving is gravel and like you said bark chippings, I find the crunch of gravel more satisfying to walk on tho....See MoreTiny garden - design tips needed!
Comments (8)I recommend you read the recent Houzz article '7 Essential Rules for Planning a Small Garden'. It gives some really good advice. http://houzz.co.uk/s/m=7/u=L2lkZWFib29rcy8xMDU3Mjc1NTUvbGlzdC83LWVzc2VudGlhbC1ydWxlcy1mb3ItcGxhbm5pbmctYS1zbWFsbC1nYXJkZW4= The attached photo might give you a little bit of inspiration around your idea for a circular lawn. I think the tropical feel might work using UK hardy plants on the sunny side of your garden. Try complimenting the planting with ferns, heucheras, etc on the shady side. There is loads of advice on the RHS website if you need to increase your knowledge around what will grow where. Good luck with your project....See MoreDesign help re super tiny bathroom
Comments (12)Hi You need to check re soil pipe - my opinion is that it is best to keep the WC as close to the soil pipe as possible to avoid unnecessary problems. You may want to opt for a free standing bath which would add glamour to the room - you can find various sizes (see link below just for an idea) https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/1650-x-750-luxury-modern-double-ended-curved-freestanding-bath Or Back to wall 1500x750 https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/orion-1500-x-750mm-small-back-to-wall-modern-square-bath?campaign=googlebase&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIqIDjyp7Z3gIVVOJ3Ch1BiQfcEAQYBCABEgLdzfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds An Offset bath may allow some more flexiblity in the room as the space is rather tight. See https://www.heatandplumb.com/acatalog/carron-quantum-spacesaver-offset-bath-1700mm-750mm-left-handed-5mm-acrylic-q4-02179?utm_source=google&utm_medium=Shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwerA-Z_Z3gIVyeR3Ch0ZdQQSEAQYBSABEgKlufD_BwE and https://www.heatandplumb.com/acatalog/cleargreen-ecocurve-shower-bath-1700mm-r16?utm_source=google&utm_medium=Shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_9fLuKLZ3gIVS1XTCh2H3gcNEAkYDSABEgLGa_D_BwE A Slimline vanity or floating shelf with a narrow but long basin could be an option https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/valencia-995mm-black-ash-wall-hung-basin-unit?campaign=googlebase&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwb6Fn6PZ3gIVWOJ3Ch0mGwqEEAQYAiABEgIJa_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds You have to find a compact wall hung WC to ensure that there's as much room as possible. I have done two sketches - and have specifically kept away from putting the bath under the window due to soil pipe. I have proposed that you open the door outwards or maybe consider changing to a folding door as per images below If you need any further advise my design practice can help you....See MoreE D
