Sorry, I asked hubby about our water softener and he couldn't remember details - just that it was immersed. What I want to suggest though is not to forget a boiling water tap. They are the very best thing I've ever bought for my kitchen. It's instant 100C hot water, you never have to wait to have a tea or coffee, just turn the tap on and it's done. Morning, Im not sure of the style you are looking for or the space you have between the holes in your basin but I have used a few of these details to try & maintain original features. You can either have a standard detail or have one as a spout & the other a control, this all depends on the accessible space you have under the sink for a mixing block. Burlington & bristan have a few two hole basin mixers, maybe have a look on their web pages but you will have to check the size between your taps ATM. It's not so much who makes them, but how they're made that matters. Don't buy anything other than quarter turn taps. These are a newer design and cut out the old fashioned washer approach. I'd look on Trust Pilot at the company selling them and see what others have said. I have recently had a year long battle with Franke after purchasing a very expensive sink, which is not fit for purpose. A lot of the companies these days hide behind the 'guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 5 years' etc..............however, this means that if you can't prove it was made incorrectly in the first place, then you'll have to bin it and start again. I would encourage you to read very carefully their small print. Had I looked on Trust Pilot and seen how bad the reviews were for Franke, I would have never purchased it. Same for Bensons for Beds ( another tail ). I can however recommend Burlington, their customer service has been excellent!

Because there are several baths available which are 1600 x 700mm, either double or single ended. Also, shorter than this if required - 1400 x 700mm and 1500 x 700mm. You will struggle to find one narrower than 700mm though. If you can accommodate a 700mm wide bath, check www.carronbathrooms.com for shorter length baths, with tap ledges.
