Hello all,
After a lot of deliberation, we are now planning to create a shallow (but quite wide) extension in our kitchen (about 2.5m x 10m).
We want to go for an orangery style with a half lantern roof and some large French doors.
We had a quote from Westbury Garden rooms, and while I absolutely love the design idea they proposed, the price seems quite high (especially as they don’t do neither the foundations/brickwork nor the final plastering/electricity).
But we don’t have a reference as how much an orangery extension really cost.
As a ball park, how much should we expect to pay for an orangery style extension?
Any advices/ballparks?
Also if anyone as views/feedback on Westbury, we would be happy to hear those.
