Pre Planning advice and design and development potential for smallest roof terrace in
kensington and chelsea SW7 overlooking a mews, prime location, only 3 minutes walk from gloucester road and south kensington tube.
Area 3m x 4m 3rd floor rear mezzaine terrace of a 4 story grade 2 listed building. Own entrance.
Few years back previous owners planning permission was rejected due to bulkiness of a 2 story structure.
will be glad if i can get permission for a single room like a high quality glass house, orangery with just a simple WC. No kitchen reqd as everything available within walking distance. something similar to the one on the left.
