Underfloor Heating and Screed in December

Hi, we’re in the middle of a barn conversion that’s water tight. We are at the stage of 1st fix plumbing which includes under floor heating.
My question is, the screed would go down straight after the UFH is installed, would the December temperatures damage the heating system or the screed? If so, if I put blow heating in the barn would I need this on permanently over the winter months? If this is the case, then waiting till the Spring to carry out anymore work maybe a more sensible idea ☹️ Looking forward to any advice.
