Recessed lights placement

Greetings, I write this post to see if anyone can support with a quick advice on how to position the spotlights (for ceiling). I calculated the need in lumens and I need minimum 5 of them. Due to the low height of the ceiling the lightning sources will be limited to these cans and some additional bench lightning. What do you think? L1 or L2? Or something different? Many thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I suppose I should have attached an image. Here's my drawing, there has been a few adjustments but it is basically the same. The blank spot is been set aside as a family area. I appreciate the need for good light in the kitchen and I'd like to go for recessed lighting but my fear would be that there would be to many of these lights and it might look like a shop! If I were to opt for recessed lighting how many would I roughly need? Would it be best just to keep the recessed lighting in one half of the room - kitchen or family side? The large circle is a table top where we can eat and there will be a suspended light hanging over it. The best lighting for bedrooms comes from using wall scones positioned on at least two opposite walls. This will give you the cosy, warm feel you are looking for. The scones should be placed at about 220 cm height. In this case I would locate two on both sides of the media unit, and one or two on the side of the bed. Hi, I am installing recessed lights in my bedroom and wondering whether it is a good idea to install one in front of a full-length mirror. I have found information on vanity mirrors but not on regular mirrors outside bathrooms. Would it cast a shadow? This mirror is off the closet, so we use it everyday to get ready. Thanks!
