Tile effect shower wall panel?

I'm considering getting a shower wall panel for our over the bath shower area. I was thinking that a tile effect one would look more realistic than just a plain board. Has anyone done this or have any recommendations?

We have boards in our shower cubicle. Love it. Wouldn’t have anything else. We have Bushboard Nuance. Not the cheapest but one of the best. Not sure if there’s something of interest on their website

It looks really great, so clean and simple. I have shared your photos with my husband and those along with the easy to keep clean appears to have swung it in favour of boarding. (interesting as I'm the one who cleans the bathroom :) ) I will get some samples and then we can finally make progress thanks to everyone for your help.

Hello, we are microcement applicators. microcement is an alternative to tiles and panels and require no joins at all regardless of the area. Panels do require joins. Hi there, We just went through a very similar process and although we have ended up going with tiles, simply because I'm fussy and couldn't find a panel that I liked the look of, I learnt a lot of stuff in the process! Definitely look at different suppliers as they are not all created equal! It seemed to us that you do get what you pay for! Some of the brands such as Nuance with their Bushboard don't need the (in my opinion) slightly ugly profiles and finishing strips, whereas many of the cheaper brands do. Some of them also need finishing strips around the base, which to me personally looked worse than sealant and grout! The Nuance certainly seemed to be the best of the bunch to us and I was disappointed they didn't have a style that I liked, otherwise we would have ordered from them. Rubberduck bathrooms online seemed to be a good place to look at a variety of different suppliers and I also found them to be very helpful on the phone going through the different brands and sending out samples, so worth having a look at their website / giving them a ring for a chat. By inlets, do you mean the recesses? I've just had Multipanel panels installed in my new bathroom. External corner trim was used around the window, but a piece of solid surface worktop used for the windowsill.
