Living Room layout and redecoration ideas

This is our new living room, we aren't sure how to furnish it as there's 2 windows. I don't really want to cover across the bay window with a sofa as I fell in love with the bay and that's where I want to put my Christmas tree 😁. We are considering taking out the open fire and putting a log burner in. We would consider putting the TV above the fireplace but would rather not (I never think it looks right). I was thinking would 2 2seaters either side and an armchair in the bay work? Any help with what furniture to buy or where to put it would be really appreciated. Thank you
