Can this Amazon light fixture be installed in the UK?

Hello,

I’m wondering if someone could help me?

The new light fixture that I bought on Amazon arrived today. My plan is to replace an existing light fixture that’s the same size. Unfortunately, I'm thinking of returning it as the instructions aren't very clear and there are 3 sets of black and white wires and I don't know what to do with them.

Is this something that a UK electrician would be happy to install or would you advise returning this and getting something from a more reputable seller?

I’ve attached photos of everything that came with the fixture and the not-very-detailed instructions!
