Sliding patio doors with integral blinds

Hi Houzzers
We're planning a full width extension to the back of our house. This side faces west and gets very hot. Does anyone have large sliders (our gap will be 4m and looking to have only 3 doors) but with integral blinds?
Looking for supplier in West Midlands UK.
Also any photos would be great, do the blinds also pull all the way up or do they only tilt?

Hi Jennifer, Great question - firstly, I don't think that two different types of blinds will necessarily look odd, but it's a case of carefully matching them. However, I'm not sure panel blinds will have the desired effect of controlling the heat in a south-facing room. You say you have looked at PerfectFit blinds - these types of blinds can be made with honeycomb Pleated fabrics which help to control temperature extremes. Our ThermaShade Pleated fabrics are just like this. my sister had integral blinds fitted in her bifolds. they aren't cheap (~450 per pane) but they look really good and should give you the privacy you want (sorry no pictures but there are plenty on the web)
