Downstairs toilet - Under stairs or in Utility room - Dilema

Have 2 options
1. under stairs - the width size would be 80 cm and long///not sure - see how the pictures look li
in option 1 - we would have to wire the manhole...
2. at the end of Utility - width 90 and long - 180 cm
