Apartment sofa layout!

Hello. I’m moving into a new apartment in January and have no idea where to put my tv and L shaped sofa (not purchased yet so could be any way around).

Any ideas where is best? If anyone knows any reasonably priced designers that would be amazing. It’s got concrete floors and industrial ceiling but is designed by a scandi style company. I love scandi/boho/cosy looks.

I think much of these are based on ones preferences, for example, where as some people would not like to have a bathtub next to their bed as in option 1, this is an option i can see working successfully in modern concepts like in posh penthouses. Personally i feel the circulation around the bed is too tight, and with lots of wasted space around the bathtub. Option 2 seems to have focused more on the sitting space, again leaving the bed struggling for bedside stools and running the risk of feeling claustrophobic. Option 3 would be my preferred option and even though critics might argue "The bedroom is the room where one spends the least time of the day", my views are that for a Master bedroom to work, its design should be seen to centre its focus on the bed, other spaces should then shoot from this central space and this is what option 1 and 2 fails to capture. Other factors to consider when looking for an ideal room layout would be things like services, water supply and drainages for example, how far are water sources or draining off points, is the angle slope sufficient to these drain points. Power points & Power supply are they accessible in case of future repairs. How does the room ventilations work, Room traffic circulation and evacuations points in case of fire. Furniture arrangement and movements. These are important factors to consider and tend to influence ones options and should therefore be considered in advance so as to guide you as to the ideal option for your space. Thank you so much to everyone for all your comments and suggestions. Jonathan - the unit has to be attached to our house. In Ireland, you can rent a room in your house or an apartment attached to your house tax free up to €14,000 a year! I like the idea of the double doors and the layout looks more spacious in your drawing however we use our side door daily and I am reluctant to block this off if at all possible. Jules/J I thought that if the bathroom was at the front that the kitchen layout would be quite tight. Do you think that in your drawing J that a fridge, cooker, hob, storage for cups etc and a washing machine would fit? Man about the house - the drains are close to the front and back door of the apartment. Water comes into my house at the back (my kitchen) so I presume that the water could be connected into the apartment easily enough? Thanks again to everyone. I really appreciate it!

You could maybe also put the TV along the wall that measures 234 and turn sofa around so the back is facing the slanted window and front facing to kitchen.
