Placement and distance between sink, fridge, cooktop and oven

Hi! This my current layout but I'm thinking of placing my oven where the microwave is (not a big fan of oven below countertops). Also, I loke where my sink is at the moment - infront the kitchen window. My dishwasher is next to my cooktop toward the sink. Wondering if the general flow of the kitchen works and if the distance between my sink and cooktop works. Appreciate the feedback!
