Room layout in upper floor extension over ground floor extension

Hello, We are planning to offer on this house but only if the work we would like to do is feasible.


We would like to extend the first floor over the exiexisting griund floor extension to accommodate a fourth bedroom and bathroom. I know that building on the exiting extension would depend on the structural integrity of the original extextension. We would contact all the relevant experts before proceeding.


My question is what is the best layout of the upper floor with the four bedrooms and bathroom? We want to avoid moving the stairs.
