Comments (5)Hello loubrad1973, I would suggest a wood flooring that continues from your hall into the living room.... Are the sofas next to each other for a reason.. You could split them up and have 1 in the other room? I don't see why silvery grey won't go with brown or plum... Have found a couple of cushions which I think you might like 1 is lighter and offers contrast, you could also add a bit of plum... I'd put 2 on one side rather than all the way along... Also you can add to the feel by finding a nice silvery grey plain throw.... Folded over one arm, or on the other folded over the back a little to one side or layer 2 colours... Dark grey and light silvery grey with accents of plum.. :)) ......See MoreResin floor advice
Comments (3)Hello there, we are a little late to the party with this information but we can certainly help further with resin floors. We offer MMA (industrial quality) rather than epoxy coatings and you can find out more about our options here: http://www.garageflex.co.uk/garage-resin-floors If you have any questions please do get in touch via info@garageflex.co.uk....See Morekitchen floor advice please!
Comments (7)Hi, We agree that parquet flooring is a nice idea to help create flow throughout the space. It's also very much on trend, and timelessly stylish too! We'd recommend laying the pattern direction along the length of the hallway and then continuing this direction into the other rooms. The hallway is, after all, where first impressions are made so we'd suggest getting it just how you like it in this room first of all. The second and third mages from Man About the House show the flow well. Alternatively, you could go for parquet in your hallway and planks in your kitchen, in the same colour of wood - the colour flows but this mixes up the pattern a little and gives you the chance to choose your preferred direction in each room. Here's some colour inspiration too: I hope that helps! Best wishes, Hannah | Woodpecker Flooring...See Morevictorian floor advice and stair carpet advice
