What color grout did you use?

I love the subtle gray, but finding the right color a challenging. Most recommend Silverado, but I am finding that a bit taupy.

Pictures would help but it sounds like he's after more work. If your not happy with the tilers work call him back Alternatively you can buy grout pens, they're expensive seeing as they look no different than an ordinary pen but they do the job.

What colour grout to use for these tiled floors?

Hi Lucy, For a toilet floor a darker grey grout would be best to hide any stains or spills. However from your photo the base colour of the tile looks quite beige, so a coloured grout like the BAL Micromax2 in Lime would be a good option, this will keep a heritage look whilst being more practical than an off-white. Hi, we're re-tiling 2 bathrooms, both pretty small with showers. It's a small flat, so neither have windows, so no natural light. The flat is in Spain, so having vintage style floor tiles, just wondering what color grout to use. I guess the best would be like a darker off white, like the background color of the tiles, but I don't want it to get dirty after use and look awful. Or I don't want to create more cleaning than necessary for myself! You can see the floor tiles together for the pattern & then a photo with the wall tiles. What do you think?
