Charles Street, Mayfair

Done on behalf of one of the best High Street law firms in Central London, this project was something different from our usual work. None the less, the result was a space who's high ceilings, arched windows and doorways, and beautiful lighting harken back to the main areas’ ballroom origins. Whereas the large conference room, contemporary office and one of a kind paintings bring about an air of sophistication like no other.

The Victorian-era entryway is an immediate giveaway to the ballroom history of the property, with it's large glass arch and gas lantern, converted to electric.

The head office room's Victorian theme is evident in it's decoration - the portrait over the marble fireplace, the weights table by the door, everything in the rooms speaks of sophistication, without sacrificing the contemporary aspect. What's left is a timeless mix of old and new sure to impress...

The main conference room is characterised by its' large bookshelf and outstretching table brought together by the vintage rug. This careful minimalism plays to enforce the "Victorian yet contemporary" appeal of the property.
